1. Overview

blend.ie is committed to the highest standards of data security and GDPR compliance. This protocol outlines how we process wholesale client data, formulation IP, and logistical routing information.

2. Data Ingestion

We collect data strictly for the facilitation of B2B Roastery operations. This includes Business Names, VAT Identification, Logistical Addresses, and Operational Telemetry.

3. Storage & Encryption

All transactional and formulation data is stored on our secure infrastructure using AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords and access tokens are hashed. We do not store raw credit card data; all financial processing is routed securely via Revolut Business.

4. Formulation Secrecy

Custom blends created under the "Private Formulation" protocol are mathematically isolated from the public portfolio. These formulas are classified as Trade Secrets and are never shared with third-party roasters.
