Terms & Conditions of Trade
1. Application of Terms
These terms govern the sale of all coffee products, formulations, and related logistics ("Goods") by blend.ie ("the Roastery") to the business entity named on the Client Portal ("the Buyer").
2. Custom Formulations & Intellectual Property
All formulations created via the "Blend Builder" engine remain the intellectual property of blend.ie unless explicitly transferred under a white-label contract. The Buyer is granted an exclusive, non-transferable license to retail the formulation under their own brand, provided the account remains in good standing.
3. FSAI Traceability & Recall Protocols
As a registered B2B partner, the Buyer must adhere to all Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) guidelines regarding the forward-traceability of Goods. The Roastery will maintain upstream traceability logs (Lot Number to Roast Batch). In the event of a product recall, the Buyer must cooperate fully with the Roastery's compliance protocols.
4. Quality Control & Acceptance
All Goods are subject to strict sensory cupping (QC) prior to dispatch. The Buyer must inspect Goods upon delivery. Any claims regarding defect or non-conformance must be lodged via the Client Portal within 48 hours of receipt, quoting the specific Batch Code found on the packaging.
5. Payment Terms & Retention of Title
Legal and beneficial title to the Goods shall remain with the Roastery until full payment has been received. Standard B2B accounts require payment prior to dispatch unless a Net-30 credit line has been expressly authorized by the Finance Department.
